  • The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, amounting to 30% of the amount of the stay.
  • The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 10 days, nothing received by the Management will cancel the reservation.
  • Our cancellation policy for you is 60 days. If the cancellation is communicated at least 60 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid.
  • If notice of cancellation is given up to 30 days prior to arrival, a voucher in the same amount as the deposit paid will be issued for use within one year from the date of issue.
  • If notice of cancellation is given less than 30 days prior to arrival or in the event of non-arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.
  • The entire stay must be paid even in the event of early departure.
  • The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, cheque and bank transfer.
  • Check-in is from 13:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • Identity documents are required on arrival: the reception desk, in accordance with P.S. regulations, will complete and send the notification form.
  • No persons other than those whose personal details have been communicated to the Management are accepted during their stay; the following are not permitted.
