The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, amounting to 30% of the amount of the stay.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 10 days, nothing received by the Management will cancel the reservation.
Our cancellation policy for you is 60 days. If the cancellation is communicated at least 60 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid.
If notice of cancellation is given up to 30 days prior to arrival, a voucher in the same amount as the deposit paid will be issued for use within one year from the date of issue.
If notice of cancellation is given less than 30 days prior to arrival or in the event of non-arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.
The entire stay must be paid even in the event of early departure.
The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, cheque and bank transfer.
Check-in is from 13:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Identity documents are required on arrival: the reception desk, in accordance with P.S. regulations, will complete and send the notification form.
No persons other than those whose personal details have been communicated to the Management are accepted during their stay; the following are not permitted.
